Cancellation Policy

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled without charge up to 24 hours prior to visit.

We get it, plans change! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do let us know atleast 24 hours in advance so that we can open the time for another client.

Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a 100% cancellation fee.

Our time is precious too.

When you book an appointment, our practitioners dedicate time just for you. You’re paying for their time, not just for a service.  A cancellation or no-show would result in lost time at the practitioner’s expense if we did not implement any policy. This also negatively impacts appointment availability for other patients who need care. We receive tons of last minute calls from clients trying to squeeze in for a same-day appointment so the sooner you cancel or reschedule your appointment if needed, the sooner we can help someone who would really like that spot. Help us help those who desperately need that same-day appointment, it could be you one day ;).
